FORT WORTH (February 24, 2009) – Genteq™, a division of Regal Beloit, has unveiled the latest addition to its family of proven ECM products: the 460V X13 motor.

With applications in the commercial and light industrial markets, the 460V X13 provides proven ECM technology, resulting in up to 80 percent higher efficiency than a PSC motor.  In addition to significantly improving system efficiency, this motor can eliminate the bulky step down transformer component, thus decreasing labor costs, reducing cabinet size and customer inventory, and improving cycle time for installation.
